• Meet Simona

​Simona is an engaging Lithuanian training expert, business consultant and the head manager of European Social Entrepreneurship and Innovative Studies Institute. Her PhD studies was based on research of success stories within the field of service business. She has practical experience in sales & marketing and she has provided training and consulting to the blue chip companies, such as Jaguar/Land Rover, Lukoil and Statoil mentioning a few.

​Simona shares integral, creative and analytical mind, respect for others and the ability to work with people at all levels in an organization.

She is regularly hired by the companies to share her expertise and she has trained people in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, sales, effective negotiation, coaching, motivation and problem solving. Also, she is mentoring various start­ups and helps them to be developed and to enter the market.
